Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or preference. However, you are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if one of the following applies:

You received the wrong item or size

The item is significantly different from what was shown on the website
To be eligible for a return under these conditions, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include:

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because our products are made to order, the following are not returnable:

Incorrect size ordered

Gift cards
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to request a return for the original item. Once approved, you can place a new order for the correct item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item is unworn, unused, in original packaging, and you provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
