Shipping Delays
KIS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by them, not KIS.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, KIS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your shipment and ensuring a safe delivery location.
If you believe your package was delivered in error, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may be charged upon delivery.
KIS does not control or cover these charges.
